A tragic hero

My tragic hero is Superman in ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of justice’. This is because in the end of the movie as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman fought against Doomsday, Lois Lane remembered that in a recent battle, there was a kryptonite tipped staff used to defeat Superman and tried to retrieve it since Doomsday is Kryptonian. As she went to attack, Superman stopped her and did the kill himself although knowing that he would be weakened. He made the attack but at the process, Doomsday killed Superman.

He was a tragic hero since he had saved the world from an alien doomsday device.

How a volcano gave birth to Chert (The geology story)

I was just atoms of silicon oxide until limestone grain invaded my privacy. It had borrowed me to the ground and put me into magma. I started to feel squashed up with the other silicon oxide atoms and were heated up from the heat. I started to feel different; like I was transforming like the Hulk but there were other atoms from other compounds meaning that we were being transformed into a metamorphic rock. All of a sudden, though, I started to cool and so did some of my other comrades as we rose closer to the surface. We were becoming igneous rocks. We had became sandstone and were happy with it.

3 months later

We had started to roll over to the sea bed and fused with other with other silicon oxide atoms but as we went down into the ground, some of us became a sedimentary rock known as Chert.

My alternate ending to Romeo+Juliet

As Romeo entered the Capulet tomb, he first laid eyes on Juliet, his one true love, lying what he thought was dead. As he reached to his pocket to get out the poison, Romeo said his last words saying,”I drink this vial of poison for you Juliet. Soon, we will meet again.” Romeo opened the vial and began to put contact of his lip to the poison. “STOP!” Juliet had risen from what was her eternal slumber and grabbed Romeo on his hand as she stopped him from drinking the death juice. “Juliet, you’re still alive,” said Romeo in surprise, “But how?”. “I had not been killed but had drank a potion from the Friar which enabled to make me look dead. Didn’t you get the letter?” asked Juliet. The couple paused for a second and then forgot what had happened for the time and kissed in grief. Suddenly, the Prince, Capulet’s and Montague’s entered the tomb finding the duo sharing their affection for each other. “What are they doing?” questioned Montague. “it looks as if they’ve fallen in love for each other,” answered Capulet. The Prince noticed the anger in the faces of the two houses so he asked why the fought in the first place. Neither knew why and had no reason for Romeo and Juliet’s love to be forbidden. As they left the tomb still not knowing why Juliet was alive and whether Paris was okay or not, they began a knew friendship and family between the Capulet and Montague.

The end.

the relationship with juliet and her parents

I believe the relationship between Juliet and her parents isn’t the best.

First, Juliet was mostly raised by the Nurse then her mother so that clears that they have a little, good relationship.

Her father in the other hand, though, is different. Her father takes Juliet for granted like for her to get married to Paris only for the money mostly. Another reason being is because aristocrats and rich people made their children have arranged marriages so they can get more money like Lord Capulet did with Lady Capulet.

Basically, the Capulets aren’t the sort of people who we would call a normal family.

3 key terms

  1. Foreshadowing: When characters give hints and spoilers on what would happen later on in the play.
  2. Personification: When an object or thing is given human emotions or physical movements.
  3. Antithesis: When two words of the opposite meaning are used after each other in the same sentence.

greenhouse gasses that are man-made

  • Carbon dioxide (CO2) is created when oxygen is sent out of trees and plants and that is breathed by us which then makes us breath out carbon dioxide.
  • Methane is created when the gas that is sent out of leftover food and fields is mixed the carbon dioxide.
  • Nitrous oxide (N20) is created when when fossil fuels create a gas that is polluting our air as you read. This pollution kills the environment and possibly us.
  • Fluorinated gasses (F gasses) is created when the environment changes the temperature of plants and trees which makes them create f gasses which spawn around the world as a greenhouse gas.

Part 1 of science food journal

meal food and drink
Breakfast Weatos cereal with whole milk.
lunch Fish and slated fries with apple pop fizz drink.
snack Custard cream biscuits and Tea 3 teaspoons of sugar.
dinner Chicken nuggets, French fries and Pigs in a Blanket.

Weatos= 493-1642kj

Tea= 4kj

Pigs in a Blanket= 8400kj total

Weatos had the most food energy because it is a breakfast meal that keeps you energized for the time till lunch. The Pigs in a Blanket had the least energy because the day had ended and there is no point in gaining energy since you need to sleep to grow and be ready for the next day.

Some foods have more energy to keep you on the go but some are just to gain weight and not starve.

Part 3 of energy journal science

1.) Sun is used to evaporate the clouds with thermal energy allowing dinosaurs to drink as a food energy. They die out and billions of years later, we use kinetic energy to dig and move their remains to power plants for fossil fuels. Using kinetic and electrical energy, robots makes the electricity and it is now a source of electricity energy. It is then plugged into wires and sent to different houses. You plug your kettle with kinetic energy and when turns on, the electrical energy and thermal energy does the work.

2.) Sun is used to evaporate the clouds with thermal energy allowing dinosaurs to drink as a food energy. They die out and billions of years later, we use kinetic energy to dig and move their remains to power plants for fossil fuels. Using kinetic and electrical energy, robots makes the petrol and it is now a source of fossil fuel. The petrol is taken to petrol stations and is used to fuel cars.
