chapter 2-haroun

Rashid has forgot how to tell stories so he has left the town of G to the town of K. Haroun meets a bus driver called Mr Butt who takes them to the valley of k. The way they had to do was to drive during sunset so they can see how beautiful the valley is. At the destination (during the night) they meet Mr Buttoo and takes them into a splended house.

“His papa stories won’t fly of.”

I believe this means that Rashid’s stories will not fade in the valley of k.

part V for the AM summary

“To Mary queen the praise be given!”

The reason I believe this is important is because it shows who he is praying to. I believe that he is praying because he wishes no harm happens to him while asleep. He is wishing that he does get harmed for as long as he lives and dies at the right time. This is what I believe is why he is praying.

easy on a piece of the AM

The woman freaked me out. she had red lips, blond hair and very white skin. she looked like a dreadful vampire, trying to hunt for me.She had an armada with here and she was ready to attack. Then I saw a ship in the ho risen. It was coming for me. Then the woman jumped of the ship. She came on a surge to gamble with a man for “life-or-death.” Amazingly, the man won but no souls were given. Instead, the woman lift without a trace. How quiet peculiar.

what do you think is the most important event? why?

I believe that the most important event is when they discribed how the woman looks because if we didn’t know how she looked looked like, we can’t think of an image of her. It will also makes know us how the other sailors feel like when the see her. This will make me feel like I’ve just seen a vampire. I, personaly, believe this is a negative discription because it is showing us how ugly and evil she is.

“Her lips were red, her locks were yellow as gold, her skin was as white as leprosy.”
