Q1a.) I believe that the story is back at the wedding and the wedding guests is now discribing how he feels around the mariner. At times, the mariner will go back to his story.
Q1b.) “I fear thee, ancient mariner, I fear thy skinny hand! And thou art long, and lank, and brown, as is the ribbed sea hand.”
This is a discription made by the wedding guests. He is discribing how he is scared of the marine’s hand. The way he discribes him is how it looks and feels when he is touched by the mariner.
Q2.) I believe that the person talking is the wedding guest because he is now talking about the mariner.
